At East Kentucky ABA, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and their families. Client information is used only for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, or as otherwise authorized by the client or their legal representative, unless disclosure is required by law.
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal and health information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Only authorized personnel who require access to perform their job responsibilities may view client information.
